- Birch wood is durable and won't score easily making it a great candidate for serving board.

- Resin derived from museum conservation-grade materials to ensure its water-clear clarity is preserved for decades. Fully inert and can be safely used as a food contact surface.

- Hand wash in warm water with mild soap.

- Do not use knives on the resin

- Oil often with food grade oil ie. mineral or vegetable

- Avoid direct exposure to heat or sunlight

- Not dishwasher safe
